Very old. Now how the hell do you steal wheels off of a police car? Let alone this car.

If you didnt' know peteri, this is a gallardo, not murci.

Re: Lamborghini Police car?

Moved to the Gallardo forum, fits better there than in Murcielago.

Its talking about the Polizia Gallardo. Wow I'm good. I sure would like to be transported back to the precinct in that. I wonder if Ferrari or Porsche will get the same idea... A polizia F430? A polizei 997? That would be cool.

I don't know about the 997 but Autobahn Polizei have used other 911's in the past (remember also there's no speed limit there so the average Opel policecar won't do any good
)

Well, to be technical, there ARE speed limits in the major city portions of it. This is the "end of speed limit" sign.

Ofcourse it's not everywhere! But still there's enough unrestricted areas to keep everyone happy

Re: Lamborghini Police car?

I got a segment of top gear off the internet the other day saying that they are getting a secant lambo for the force. Both were gifts from lambo. One will patrol the north and one will patrol the south. On my next trip to Europe I will be taking a VW phaeton W12 through the country sides so I may try to find one of these. When they only had one it only patrolled the south of Italy, kind of strange in my thought. Also at some point they brought the car over to New York for some PR thing. They also went on to say there are 8 drivers for each car that had to take a two or one week tanning class with lambos test driver.
