Rich Fuel and mysterious rattle

I checked my spark plugs i put in earlier this month. it seems i am running rich which probably explains the poor performance im getting from the car. i have changed out spark plugs/wires,airfilter,and fuel filter but still have a problem running rich. I also seem to get a mysterious rattle when i accelerate, the ratter goes away after i clean with Gumout, but comes back after a week or so.
