Yes this is the same girl that I posted about with the 3 month abortion a while ago. Long story short we are pretty serious now and she got pregnant again. Well she was easily over 5 months pregnant and we decided to keep him and everything, his name was Tristen and it was a boy. Like 2 weeks ago my girlfriends stepmom and her got into an arguement and her stepmom kneed my girlfriend in the stomach. Since then I brought her to the doctor and took another pregnancy test with her and it came out negative. The doctor also checked her out and said that Tristen was dead. Her stepmom made her miscarry and now we have to go to the doctor again later to get Tristen scooped out of her...

I cannot let Rose get away with this! (the stepmom) She killed my son and she has been physically abusive to my girlfriend for months now. My girlfriend has come over with bite marks on her and cuts from clothes hangers and everything. Now it is time I do something about this.

I am 18 and she is almost 18 so we are both moving out together soon, thats when I am going to sue Rose. Do you guys think I have a case? What should I do and who should I contact about sueing her ass? Anything anyone can tell me to help would be awesome. This isn't just about the money, I want her in jail and I want her to pay for fucking killing my son.

Id think you should be able to do something about her and your child, but I would think it would have to be your girlfriend who would being the assault charges on her that might get the best results. I believe intentionally causing injury to a pregnant women is illegal. Especially if it is directed straight at the womb. If her step mom is abusive to her in anyway at all its also illegal. It's her word versus yours and your gf's. However, talk to a lawyer AS SOON AS POSSIBLE, and I mean like Monday morning, first thing. Maybe contact the doctor as well and see if he knows of any good lawyers. Being a doctor I'm sure he knows plenty. This is gonna sound mean but I hope your gf's step mom goes to jail(abuse is a punishable offense) and rots in hell.

My own advice would to not say anything to the step mom and maybe even carry around a voice recorder or set up a secret video camera when she is around. As to catch any abuse she inflicts physically or verbally towards her or you. I wish you the best with this and hope you get this worthless bitch.

Yes, contact the authorities immediately. I believe she can be brought up on murder charges if she knew your girlfriend was pregnant.

On a side note, could you and your girlfriend invest in some fucking birth control?! You're both 18 and in no position to be having kids, especially since you live around crazy adults who hit pregnant women. If you guys truely love each other then good, stay together, save up money, and move out of that town/state and away from both of your families. Have a kid when you're both older and in a more stable situation.

As far as sueing her, get all you can. Squeeze every last drop of money out of her. There is no reason for her to have killed your son.

But seriously, if you want legal help you should contact an attorney immediately, as well as involve the police. You might try to see if you can get your girlfriend out of the house, because if her stepmom hurt her before, she will do it again. Abusive persons don't just stop after the first time.

Your girlfriend has been victimized, and she will continue to be victimized until something is done about it. First off I can easilly say that im the most unlucky person ever, she is or was on the depo shot and we use condoms whenever we do rarely have sex. We are saving up and have a bit over a grand in the bank to move out but i want to wait until we do to try anything with authoritites. I forgot to add that her mom didn't know for a fact that she was pregnant but suspected it, we weren't going to tell anyone until we moved out. She kneed her gut in the arguement and said something like "That will show you to lie to me if you really are." She really is a horrible person. My girlfriend doesn't want to try anything or sue yet because if it doesn't go right, like last time, she will get hit or abused more. Her stepdad used to beat her up and thats why she moved out of there over to her stepmoms and real dads, but nobody believed her and her real mom even saw him beat her and sided with him and told the cops she made it up and was hurting herself. Well since nobody believed her her stepdad just got madder for turning him in and beat her more, to the point where i MADE her move to her real dads. Because of all that shit she is afraid to do anything about this now. She has called social services before and they totally sided with the parents and they think that she is biting and cutting herself. WTF. Since that happend I gave her a camera to take any pictures that they leave marks on her with and we still have to go to the doctor to get Tristen scooped out of her so that paperwork im going to keep. Is there anything else I should be doing or anything? I don't want this to just go by...it just sucks that people are so blind and always side with parents. FUCK THE GOVERNMENT what a great help they are!

How many times has Rose physically abused your girlfriend, and how many times have the police been called? The number should be the same. You'll need some documentation of what happened, and the hospital should be taking pictures each time your girlfriend goes in there for treatment. She IS going in for treatment for all the bites, etc isn't she? If she isn't, she should be. Were there any witnesses when she was kneed in the stomach and the baby was killed? If so, they should talk to the police also. After talking to the police your girlfriend might need to be talking to the prosecuting attorney.
