Turning Clunking Noise

I get a clunking noise when i am pulling in or out of a parking spot or going around corners. It has been only once in awile but lately been every time. If anyone has heard of this problem or delt with this in the past any advice would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks

Prolly a worn strut mount... pretty common with those shitty 00+ strut mount designs. If you get new ones get 95-99 ones.

Try torquing up the hub-nut. Has any part of the suspension or a driveshaft been replaced recently. Also jack the car up and grab both side of the front wheels and try rocking it back and forth and feel for play or clunking. It you have play then it 's probably a busted wheel bearing, if it's clunking with play it could be the control arm ball-joint, or tie rod end. Also while the front end is in the air turn the steering wheel and feel for the clunking but this is only if it is a single clunk and not a repating clunk. and this could be the steering rack. If you do this raise the car with the keys in the ignition turned one notch not running and have the window open. Try to avoid opening doors when you raise a car at one end or one side.

I'm only trying to help but I might start a wesite with that name. Any question! 'what's the meaning of life' 'what's a worthwhile investment' 'how do I get paint stains out of my lingerie' anything! Oh car stuff too!
