HELP: LB headlights and interior out

I am having a lighting problem and was wondering if you guys had seen something like this and could help me out. I'm kinda retarded with the electrical system.

At night when the headlights come on, the LB wont work and the interior backlighting goes out and flickers every few seconds. The fog lights, HB headlights, fogs and turn signals all still work though.

The manual switch wont turn the lights on during the day either.

Any help would be great.

I'm thinking it could be the selector switch to the lower right of the steering wheel. I've heard that thing is not particularly reliable.

Did you check and make sure the DRL fuse is Ok?? Im sure you did,but it was a thought.
