SRS Light On

95 GST. I replaced the battery last night due to it not holding a charge. Noe the SRS light is on. Any suggestions?

Is there a fuse, I haven't looked for one. I do know that the light doesn't stay on unless there is a problem with the SRS. The problem codes are stored in the diagnostic/control unit under your floor console. A dealership could read them. Hope this helps.

ive come across the same problem before, check the fuse for the reverse lights, for some reason there connected and if the fuse blows your srs light with come on.

If you take it somewhere and have the code pulled, we can tell you what is wrong. I see there is a code 16: for abnormal battery voltage. I don't know if that would do it or not. Just have the code pulled at Autozone or anther place like that.
