info for 4th gen 5-lug conversion?

I know this has been mentioned before, but i can't seem to find the exact parts to do this conversion. I remember seeing that the parts bolt up from the 97 prelude...but do they fit the same from all 5th gen ludes? Somebody please list the parts that i'm gonna need to do this so i can have a setup that most people don't see. even if u don't know all the parts list what u do know, b/c i can't find this info...partially because i'm not looking hard enuff, but thats what u guys are here for :

yea...i want 5 lugs on my 4th gen, but i'm not gonna redrill the hubs...if anyone can come up with a list for the parts for this conversion, or give me a link that i can get the list of parts from?

I am selling a complete 5th gen lude front and rear suspension, the parts required for 5lugs conversion on 4th gen prelude.
