3.3L Intrepid Engine Interchangeable?

I have a good 94 3.3L engine and a chance to buy a nice 96 Dodge Van with a bad 3.3L engine. I'd like to know if these engines are interchangeable.
Thanks in advance,

Alvin

Re: 3.3L Intrepid Engine Interchangable?

The only thing I know of that you'll need to change out is the motor mount position because the intrepid is mounted different than a caravan. I'm not 100% sure, but I believe you'll have to swap out the intake & exhaust manifolds to make it fit. If there's anything else that I have missed, let me know.

Is a Caravan?,yes it will fit.The hollander says no,wrong!.I have done one and it did fit.All that had to be changed were valve covers, exhuast manifolds, wiring harness and I believe the timing cover has to be changed also.

O.K. Thanks guys for your input. Looks like I will be the proud owner of a van very shortly.
