Buddy Club Kit

I think i have fallen in love with the buddyclub kit. Aerotrends quoted me $550 and $75 shipping. Does that sound good? Also, do you think it will look good??? Its going on a 98' civic ex.

550? for the whole kit. that sounds really good. are you talkin about the original or a copy? the original cost way more than that but if it fits perfect its all good. just remember buddy club will lower your car alot and you prolly wil scrape alot

like how much lower? I live in NH and I don't want it to get chipped and fucked up. I am planning on lowering my car a little too. I've got skunk2 adjustable coilovers. Think I ought to consider a differnt kit?

That's a damn good price for the whole kit, but make sure it's the real deal, not a knock off. With 17in rims, and a 1.5-2in drop, you should be fine with the kit on.

I don't think you can get an original Buddy Club for $550 ... It's a knockoff forsures ...

You won't be able to lower your ride too much ... The kit itself is pretty low and if you have it anymore it's gonna be a hassle to drive ... A good thing to do is ask someone who's had this kit on the same car as you and see what they think about it ... I had full Black Widow on my ride and after a month I got rid of a kit ...

It looked goofy with wheel gap ... And it was a pain to drive around lowered any more than 1" ... I ended up with less than 3" clearance, not enough to stick a shoe under ... Hey I'm not saying don't get a kit I loved how it looked and I wish I still had a kit but I couldn't stand getting up some parking lots but not being able to exit them ... It's all up to who's driving ... You might not mind taking the precautions of having a kit but I myself couldn't stand it ...

Yeah but I HATED wheel gap and with that kit on I had to ride stock height which made me look like a 4x4 ...

yeah i have a bomex front, black widow sides, and a hyper back bumper, i had to raise it back up in the back so i would not scrape, when it was lowered 1.5 in, i couldn't even get out of my driveway, you couldn't even stick a shoe under it.i only have the front lowered 1.5 now and the back at stock height. yeah, i guess its all up to the driver, don't expect to turn really fast now, unless you have really stiff coilovers, and with people in the back expect to scrape quite a bit. i can't stand having to drive a lowrider like this but it looks tight, so make sure your up to the task of driving the car afterwards. first day i got my kit, went over a speed bump about 3-4 in tall(the pointy kind) and cracked my back bumper and chipped my side skirts a little bit.
