Turn Signals on Bumper

I have a 95 Accord LX and I need help on how to change the turn signal light bulbs that are in the bumper? I don't see any screws on the outside of the lense. Do they pop out or what?

There's a screw just inside the bumper. If you're looking directly at the car, and you look at the lower bumper, wher the gap is, look in there, and look in the area of the turn signal. You should see the screw.
