Looking at $1200-$1300
I'm looking at spending about $1300 on wheels, tires and suspension. Which way should I go if I want white wheels, gripping tires and a decent handling factor.

it depends what youre looking for, but for a good handling setup that looks nice, i would go with some 15-16" wheels from a well know brand such as Konig, 5Zigen...any good racing wheel manufacturer. Also you will acheive good grip with most sport tires form popular companies like BFgoodrich, michelin, yokohama, hankook, and khumo among others. since you have a limited budget i will say go with a spring and shock combo, maybe Eibach pro kit with basic Koni shocks. you should try to get a ride in different cars that have these things done to them to see what it actually feels like and looks like, so you can see if you like it or not.

Yeah i'm definately going with 15-16" wheels on my car. I have 17's right now and I haven't put them on because I would have to jack up my car to fit it under my already lowered 2" civic. Too much trouble and I dont want to change the height of my car.. I like it where it is. But yeah, Im thinking to go with tokico illumina's and maybe rotas? ill have to look into 5zigen and the others.
