Instrument panel buzz

For those of you regulars, i found the buzz in the instrument panel of my 2000 GM.

It wasnt in the instrument panel at all, but the black piece of plastic that the windshield wipers rest on. Currently its taped down with masking tape, but im going to remove that piece and glue it down with silicone.

yes, the air was either moving across or under it causing it to vibrate against the windshield. This piece was surprisingly thin, most of the time that is a sturdy part. But im thankful for time for a slow sunday drive ona windy day that helped me determine that something was humming in the wind instead of something bad in the instrument cluster
