car got jacked

so i'm parked right in front of my work today. got here at 4:15am. my friend ken comes to work at 8am and says that i have wires hanging out of my door...

so i go to my car and i notice the door is ajar. i open the door and i'm in shock. they took EVERYTHING.

seats covers (the red and black padded kind), panasonic cd player ---they broke the radio console in doing so, 2 stock speakers, my amp, ALL my paperwork, registration, insurance cards, a paystub with my social security and bank account number on it, ALL my receipts for the car and everything i've done to it, my toolbox with HUNDREDS of dollars of tools and car parts in it, brand new interior door handles i just got off ebay, new exterior door handles (keyless) i got off ebay, 5 quarts of oil for my oil change i was supposed to do this weekend, miscellaneous car parts since my car is half gutted and i've been working on it so much. they took so many car parts, bolts, and other pieces.

it's all gone.

i can't believe i've worked so hard on my car and they took it all. it's all gone. all the money and time and sweat i've put into it and they took it all in a matter of minutes.

part of me is so mad, part of me feels so violated, part of me is in shock...

i'm looking for replacement parts of the above mentioned obviously but i need super cheap parts because i have no money til i get my tax return which is now going to be delayed because it was supposed to be deposited in my bank account which i now have to close because they have my info. if u have anything of the above mentioned, and especially bolts and screws and stuff, please pm me.

i am so upset.

i hope the bastards enjoy all my free shit i gave them --by the way my "fuck you" is that the cd player doesn't work (the cd part of it anyway), the seat covers are ripped, my bank account is now closed, i declared bankruptcy one year ago so u really dont want to steal my credit, one of stock speakers doesnt work, and the keyless door handles are for a 1987 CIVIC!! my mistake, your problem now, assholes.

Its a blessing that they took the seat covers though.. Thats a sign. Seriously, who steals shit like that?!!?

When my car was broken into they took my lighter and some of my CDs. I was so pissed that they took stuff that had no real value at all and it was just my stuff, it was worse than the stuff they took that I knew had street value, at least I understood the reasoning for that..... (somewhat)

Funny, before I had my honda, someone would constantly go into my car and take on personal items (I can't mention them for legal reasoning). I would literally leave my face plate, and CD's on the passanger seat and no one would take them...

I always have this fear of someone breaking into my car cause of all the other 4g guys I talk to around town, usually they find something in my car they don't have and they asking tons of questions about it while staring at it. I sometimes forget to put my cd player and stuff away so I start really getting paranoid throughtout the school day. But thankfully no one has broken into my car.

But dude, i'm so sorry to hear about your lost. It's a shame what people do just to find out later that it wasn't even worth it. I don't even see how someone could do it and live the rest of their life knowing that they did such a thing. But the world keeps spinning and I hope things get better.

I had my car broke into and had my brand new $300 pioneer deck stolen, along with my $400 memphis amp, and 2 12" Infinity perfect kappa's with box. About a week before I was going to get my alarm installed. And it was like 15 feet from my front door at my apartment. It's one thing to steal from a store or some big ass company, but from someone who actually worked their ass off for something like that and to take it from them, is like taking a piece of them. FUCK THIEVES

they ripped the seat covers teehee! i can tell because all the elastic, clips, and material that tucked into the seats were left in the car when they ripped em out. see, haste makes waste!

guess i don't have to worry about my speakers being scratchy anymore either lol. no cd player. they left the new speakers (cuz they were bolted in) and took the stock ones i had on the floor. go figure.

please check my WTB ad in the classified section if u think u can be of any assistance with my interior.

and if u dont have an alarm, get one. i was stupid and thought, oh nothing on my car is worth stealing. i even joked that i wished someone would steal the cd player to give me an incentive to buy a better one and look what i got! they took that and a hell of a lot more. they might have stolen some kinda crappy stuff but it adds up! plus they got my paystub i had in there with my name, address, ssn#, and bank account #. can we say "identity theft" cuz i learned it today also, don't leave your automotive receipts and warranties in your car! all i have is my word now that i've spent thousands on car parts and to anyone else, that means shit.

Fortunatly my car has built in passive security. Rust, dents, nasty ass carpet, full of McCrappy Burger bags, and empty mountain dew bottles. Who would want to steal a nasty pos car?

But I do have a keyless entry system in it that disables the starter when armed. But that doesn't do much to save the subs and such from someone breaking in.

that really sucks. i know im living with no money these past few months to fix up my car and get some upgrades like my sub and whatnot. i'll go apeshit if anything happens to my car. i have no way to replace everything im so broke just trying to get stuff now.

for my sub/amp im planning to get it custom to look like a false floor kinda, and i'll mount the sub and amp kind of sunken into it so that i can put a cover over them so they cant be seen if someone cracks open the hatch.

im just really hoping nothing happens, i love my car too much for some fucker to just ruin it for me.

i do have an alarm, but its pretty basic and the actual alarm sound hasnt worked properly since my accident. im still pissed about that...

i feel really bad for you, hopefully you get it all sorted out with as few problems as possible

What comes around goes around. The responsible folks will have some bad shit happen to them. Does your work by chance have a security camera or maybe a nearby business have one??? Anybody a possible witness that would rather pretend they didn't see anything? Finger printing? Police report???

ironically, i'm assistant supervisor for the security company there. it was off camera, of course. the local PD doesn't really care about non-emergency stuff. i waited for a few hours after calling them, but then i had to get going and cancel the bank account and get a new vehicle registration and all that. i'll probably just mail in a report to them anyhow. like it will really be found, u know?

i thought about putting a sign on my car, asking for any info but i know no one will step forward. the most valuable stuff in the car is stuff that their going to throw out, but had sentimental value to me. that's what sucks the most. it's irreplaceable.

my mom says she's going to donate to my 'i need parts' fund tomorrow. she's so cool

i'll get an alarm as soon as the tax refund comes in and just start over i suppose. ya gotta start somewhere. even if you've already been there before...

i totally believe in karma. whoever ripped me off will get theirs. and somehow maybe this will right itself in the end.
