Vehicle speed signal circuit open
Any one know what this is?? I am checking the power sliding door on my 1998 venture. The code that they came up with on the troubleshooting guide is code (24) Vehicle speed signal circuit open. I am having a problem finding out what/where it is, or how to check/fix it.!! any help please. thanks so much.

Without checking my manual, it sounds like a bad front hub speed sensor or the wires connected to them. Any dash lights on? (e.g. TCS or ABS?)

The Vehicle Speed Sensor is seperate from the wheel speed sensors. The VSS is normally located on the transmission housing.

Speed Sensor
I sent you the diagram of the speed sensor location and replacement procedure. Did you receive it? How did you make out?
