starts then dies

I have a 93 Lumina Euro 3.1L, it had a vacuum leak so I replaced the vacuum hose and lines. Replaced the gaskets and put in new spark plugs. It turns over fine but the minute you take your foot off the pedal it dies. It won't stay idling. Didn't have idling problem until after I fixed vacuum leak. Did I generate problem or am I missing something else? Acts like its not getting fuel. Help would be appreciated. LW

It sounds like you have a huge vaccum leak now. What hose, what lines and what gaskets did you replace, and is everything plugged in where it should be?

I replaced the two 1/8 th in. lines from the throttle body to the map sensor and a hose on the underside of the plenum. Also replaced the two manifold gaskets. It sounded like it was sucking air like a fish out of water before I replaced said items. That sound no longer exists, which makes me believe I did something right. I'm sure I plugged everything back in correctly. Although I didn't have this problem prior to repairs I might have gotten something wrong. Any other assistance would be greatly appreciated. Thanks LW
