B18 in Civic Hatch Help!!

Hi, i'm new to this forum and if anyone could help that would be Great!. Recently i traded My 95 TSI AWD for a 92 Civic Hatch with a B18a. Since i've got the car i've had nothin but problems and can't really figure anything out. Well Heres the big problem. I go to start the car it turns over starts up idles for 5 seconds and just dies. I repeat this for 15 times honestly and trying to feather the gas a little to hold the idle to warm the car up. Soon as the car warms up a little bit and it will stay running but at an rpm of 1300-1400 rpms. After the car idles for about 5 minutes then the next problem starts the idle Just starts bouncing up and down between 1300-1700 rpms and doesn't stop and the weird thing to me is when you get in and push the clutch in it stops and idles and 1300 again but soon as u let off the clutch it starts bouncin again. I've cleaned out the IACV and tried to somewhat adjust the timing but so far i am at a loss. If anyone has any idea let me know asap thanks.
