looking to buy a 2000+ gt

right now i have a 92 240sx and i love my car but i want something newer within the next 5 months or so. i used to sell mitsubishis and i was at the dealership selling when the new gt's came out in 2000. i'll be starting a much better job this summer cuz i'm done my degree. my question is, what are good sites for aftermarket parts for this vehical other than generic sites like nopi and options auto salon? also, i can't seem to find v6 headers. who makes them? one more thing, what the stock 0-60 and 1/4 on the gt?

thanks for your help in advance. i'm hoping it won't be long until i'm a mitsu owner.

Re: looking to buy a 2000+ gt

I don't know if this helps but there isn't an incredible amount of aftermarket support available for our cars yet. Sure RIPP offers a supercharger, headers and some other minor mods and a few other companies are pushing out headers as well but overall we don't have a whole lot of options other than intake, headers and supercharger as far as performance goes right now.

I'll be selling my 03 GT soon to buy a gsx. Want to buy?

Re: looking to buy a 2000+ gt

first, buy a fed spec 00 gt, it has more hp and less cats

the eclipse has tons of aftermarket support, there is turbo system and supercharger plus everything else for it that you could want.

Re: looking to buy a 2000+ gt

i wouldnt get a fed spec. theres only one exhaust that was made to fit a fed spec. the rest only fit the cali spec. you will have to make modifications to make these exhaust work on a fed spec.

also, the turbo kit that is available was designed with the cali spec headers, so there could be clearance issues
