I say we send him a congratulatory email, maybe the sticker, because AF recieves hundreds of new members daily, but we don't have hundreds of new contributing members arriving daily. Chances are the member will register, and forget all about us.

If we ban the 300,000th member, would we never get above 299,999 members?
After all, the 300,000th member would get banned and then the next member would be the 300,000th member, who would subsequently get banned too.

Damn, now I want to experiment to see how this works.....
