Suggestions for 95 Saturn sc2

My dad and I just put 3 months into my new saturn sc2. When we got it, it was in an accident.. needed a new wheel well, there was no fender and a hole in my door plus the motor was gone for the window. We finally got it all together, got all my parts and luckily my dad paints cars for work so my car's all one color There was also alot of pieces missing from the interior that we had to get such as the front ashtray and shifter boot, little things here and there that god knows what happened to them. Also missing is the headliner and all the interior lights including the sunroof switch and motor.. I got the motor for it but it's a pain to put all this stuff together. (Anyone know where I could get a headliner). The interior was tan leather and I hate tan (I'm a spoiled daughter) so we switched it to the black cloth. Seats, seatbelts, dash, everything so I pretty much think that the car is my own, pretty much unlike anyone elses. But, it's my first saturn. I had a beretta gt and an eagle talon and I don't know what to expect. It has 113,000 miles on it, but it runs fine, no engine problems and the clutch seems to be new although I don't know alot of details about the car because the guy we got it off of is in jail and I guess his dad hates him now so instead of selling it, he gave it to my dad in collateral for working on his cars. But, please tell me what to expect of the car, things that might go wrong, things that I have to watch for, ect. I'm good with cars, I do everything by myself such as changing oil, ect.
