Question imobiliser

Need help, I've searched site but no joy.
Does anyone know how to reset my imobiliser. Local garage can't do it, they phoned Peugot garage but they won't tell them, they want me to tow car to them to fix it.
(Roland Garros)
Thanks for any help Alan

yeah you're going to need that code, you could try unplugging the head unit to see if that resets it.If you do get the code make sure you put it in right, otherwise after a few goes the stereo will lock
Another option if you can't get the code is to take the stereo out and give it to a peugeot dealer-they could get the code if it's got it's original serial number.
