97 ram 3500 van issues

Hello - This van was purchased at county auction about 2 years ago and it has been running fine up until a week ago. It ran out of gas, and then was filled up. Ever since then, when starting cold, it stalls before putting it into gear. When it is running, it will "buck" here and there but will not stall. It hasn't started in the last few days at all so we though it was a fuel pump. I tried again today, and it started and stalled a few times and wouldn't start at all after that. Plugs and air intake is fine. I removed the fuel flow relay, and auto shutdown relays and cleaned the contacts. Also checked the fuel flow fuse which is fine. The van started right up, idled for 1/2 hour no problem. I took it for a ride and it ran fine heat on fullbalst and aC on full blast. I'm going to let it sit and get cold before trying again. Any suggestions as to what this may be?

Thanks -

You might want to change your fuel filter and blow your fuel lines out with air. You may have gotten some debris from the bottom of the tank when you ran out of fuel.
