1990 Jeep Cherokee 4.0 5-speed SOMETIMES won’t start.

1990 Jeep Cherokee 4.0 5-speed SOMETIMES won’t start. Just keeps turning over and over. Battery is good and strong. Only in the morning and only sometimes. Once it has fired up, no problem stopping and starting.

It is just turning over and over. I believe I have it narrowed down to either the fuel pump or the crank shaft sensor. I have to wait until it won’t start again to figure out which.
