Question soo many choices

i need new tires my question is this should i get bf-goodrich radial t/a's with the white letters in 11" backs and like 9" fronts. or the same tire in 10.5 inch tires all around. orrrr a 10.5" directional tread all around. what do u guys think of white lettered tires, and how theyd look on my car. i have 15" rims btw. idk what to do. ill make my own decision but need some persuasion, cuz idk how radial t/a's will look. what would u do????????

Re: soo many choices

i'd get 11 in the back and 9 up front like you said first, but without white letters.

Re: soo many choices

i wouldn't do white lettering. I think it's too retro for third gens. fine for 1st and 2nd gens. As far as 10.5 or 11" with the 9", I would go with the cheapest. 11" with 9" would be more benefical if you have gobs of power, but I'd sill go with the cheapest (if it's your daily driver). Not a huge difference between the two. Don't go so big that the rear tires stick out, it looks real nasty on third gens. make sure the offset is right.

Thumbs up

Go with some cheap-o 'General' brand tires.
Probably burn 'em up anyway!

thanks.. that picture was taken about a day after I got it back from the bodyshop (the car no longer has the chrome fender trim on)
Everything was custom (paint, blue pearl makes the hood look kindof purple, stripes, shaved handles)

Ive always been a bigger fan of that style bodykit and spoiler.. it really makes it stand out from the rest of the 3rd gens i see around here

Once I get my 17" Z06 wheels on (waitin on rubber) it'l be the nicest 3rd gen in my shitty little city
