1991 626-Wants to change GASKET, how? Anyone got a diagram of the engine?

My friend's 1991 (or 1990) mazda 626's gasket isnt working and he wants to try to change it himself. How will he go about doing that? Does anyone have a diagram of the engine? Any tips? Is it a big hassle? Is he better off letting a mechanic do it instead?ANy info will help. thanks.
