t56 swap

anyone have any info on which starter is needed for this swap on a 3rd gen?? i cant find it anywhere.. i went and got a few diff starters and they all hit the bellhousing starter loop thing... any help is appreciated

yea it is and i cant find one for the old style blocks.... the bolts are offset... i need a mini tq starter

you could use a lt1 starter *depending on the block style*, or just grind the bellhousing until its got enuff clearance.

lt1 starter wont fit... and i havnt found a starter to fit a 153 tooth flywheel that will bolt up except aftermarket
