Problems First my side power mirrors are not moving. I check the fuse no problem there. Was wondering if it could be the switch issue or if it could be a relay. Also the rear window wiper is not moving. It sounds like it is engaging but it does not more. Thanks again.

Re: 1995 blazer

I would check all the fuses again just to be sure and swap in new ones with the proper amp rating just in case it is a defective fuse or something.

Pull the switch, the orange wire is battery feed. Black is ground. Brown is for interior lights. Use a test light to check the output to the mirror motors which are: Left up and down = yellow and light blue, Left side to side = white and light blue, Right up and down = yellow/black and light blue, Right side to side = white/black and light blue.

For the rear wiper, did you check the nut that holds the wiper arm to the shaft? They come loose.
