water under the bridge now

Has a vibrating problem with my TB since the first 7k miles. It has been a complaint since then. First they told me the tires needed balancing and rotationg and was sent on my way. Not fixed. Went to my local dealer and was told the same thing. Still no fix. Tried again before the warranty was to expire and was told Ineeded to buy $750 in tires and no guaranty it would fix the problem! Needless to say I let it go till the tires wore out. Got brand new tires and guess what, yep same problem and ofcourse the warranty is gone. Now they want me to go in and get recalls done and can not trust any one to touch this vehicle. But thats the chevy way.

Got corrosion around my rear tag assembly and they refuse to take responsibility for that either. This is a 2002 5 years on a 6 year corrosion free guarranty.

They don't know what to do and don't obviously care.

Call up General Motors directly & talk to someone there. I have dealt with a problem dealership in the past that swears "they all do that" when I know that they are wrong.

It's a headache & I feel sorry that your going thrrough with it. Try going to other Chevy shops & see what they can find out. Don't give up, demand that it gets fixed or they won't get there loaner car back until it is.
Make GM pay for a loaner or take one of the dealerships if needed.
Do what you gotta do & don't take NO for an answer. Enough complaints should warrant it a lemon shouldn't it?
They should compensate you for all of your greif.

Re: water under the bridge now

I called Chevy HQ and they won't do anything about it either and don't care. An attourney told me it was too late now and to not trust dealers ever again.

It still sounds wrong! Corrosion coverage is still there & they should (GM) be responsible for that. What a line of bull this is. I can't believe that GM is being that way to you
