RWD car
Ill make this short. I want suggestions from you guys. Im looking for a 1st car. I like it to be RWD because from what i have experienced they are what i feel most comfortable in. I have 6000 to spend but i want to use about 2000 on mods. I like the MR2 but im concerned about having a midship engine car since a crash would be fatal. I also like 240sx but not having an sr engine is really a ripoff. Rx7s are just to unreliable. Can you guys recommend me any cars and please support your suggestion.

Re: RWD car
well, since you only looked at small Jap RWD cars, did you look at any older american made cars? Because there are a bunch of american made cars you could find for 6k, including the mustang 5.0, which shouldnt cost you more than 6k in decent condition, also, the aftermarket for that car in insane. just something to think about... dont always be held down to small RWD cars lol, trust me i love them and would rather have them over an american car, but since youre on a budget, its limiting your options. And then again, this is your first car, you should just learn how to try on something first, rather than buying a super fast car and then wrapping it around a pole, you know what i mean?

LOL, KeVinScIon, i think every thread i go into i see you trying to sell that stang.
Yeah a 5.0 Stang or a Camaro Z28 would be perfect, they are all over the place so they are cheap, aftermarket parts are all over the place and they are pretty cheap too. They are easier to work on yourself, plus they are faster than most Jap RWD cars. |

Re: RWD car
I like jap rwd cars because they are not so heave and their handling is pretty neat. I dont care much about speed, but more about handling. but thanx anyways. I think ill get a 240 and turbo the ka
