Angry s10 tbi rough on start

Hello, I have a 92 s10 blazer TBI, when starting cold engine runs rough and chuggs for about 30 seconds or less and then runs normal. Runs fine when warm with no other problems. Also when the temp drops into the 30's its very hard to start at all.
Replaced coil, o2 sensor, recent tune up, no codes, egr ok. There are no vaccum leaksIm thinking injectors but thats pricey to shotgun.
Thanks, Craig

Battery is good, covered the basics already fuel filter, timming set to 0 with connector unplugged. Also replaced the distributer about 2 years ago for a no start problem, the Tps and Isc not to long ago.

Thanks, Craig
