Unhappy 92 caddy 4.9 w/4T60E for dune buggy

I just picked up a 92 deville from an auction for a song. I want to build a sand buggy from the powertrain. I have all the wiring and controls from the car. Does someone have any idea who to contact to progam the PCM to shift where I need it to. Or better yet is there some way to set it up to shift like an F1 (forced up/down shifts)?

Thanks
Tim
