Getting a Tune Up

I got a 2000 GTP its got 80,000 miles on it and Im thinking about getting it tuned up. What do they do when they tune up a car. Any suggestions for stuff I should buy for the tune up like plugs, wires, stuff like that?

I like to stick with OEM/AC-Delco.A good site on-line is www.rockauto.com and they carry AC-Delco parts and they are cheaper then the dealer.

Id go with a K&N,saves money in the long run.Not having to buy anymore filter's,just need the re-charge kit with the cleaner and oil.
