turbo upgrade questions
i was looking to upgrade my twin turbos. i dont know anything about turbos except i think they have 9gs on it now (whatever the hell that means) and i could get 13gs or 15gs. How much for these new? used? what so good about them? do i need a boost controller? is a bov worth it? help please!!!

First read this:

You need alot more than just buying the turbos...and most of this is covered in the FAQ. Do some reading and then come back if you still have some questions.
