losing power!!!

my 1.8 2 door 5sp. 95 prez. is noticably losing power! its really pissing me off to the point to where im about to say fuck it..i can get 50 shot zex for 200 bucks..and im about to spray it and say the hell with it!i have already tried a tune up and all that good stuff..anyone know what could be wrong?

If you're noticably losing power, a nitrous shot isn't going to solve problems, it can actually do more harm then good.

What symptoms are you getting?

I would say get a compression test done on the engine. My guess the loss of power is due to the loss of compression.....

Whatever problem it is would probably be worsened by using nitrous.

oh no..nos is deffinatly not going to help matters but i will get power when i need it...like through my weak ass third...i did an old school cpmression test where you park it on a hill, and put it in 1st while its off, let out on the clutch and if it starts hopping backwards its losing compression...well..it did..i dont know if this is a very accurate way of telling but i think it is my problem....i think it is my seals cause its throwing oil around the valve covers or somewhere, but i heard its a trait of the boxter engine when you give it hell, cause something about aluminum heads and they expand..or some shit..anyone heard of this before and know what to do??

Never heard of that particular trait of the boxer engine, but it feasible it could be worn valve seats and seals.

Nitrous (NOS is a brand name) may give you power, but it will finish off your engine pretty quick if you already have a compression problem.
Do you really want to be completely transportless for the sake of a few happy shots?

37 in a 25, illegal exhaust, signals and no town sticker...illegal interior neons....a.p.b and bolo out on me right now, and a fat ass ticket charge thanks to red-neck import hating cops...trucks and muscle catch absolutly no hell in this town...they see an import muffler, your automatically a horrible street racer, and you must be stopped!!...true discrimination!!! cops suck!
