Should I buy 1g bov & RRE uicp from dsmtrader?
I found a 1g bov and RRE uicp on dsmtrader for $60 bucks shipped. They're in normal used condition and work. So I was goona buy them with Paypal but I read some pretty bad stuff about them.

They say you can't do anything if it's a scam. So is there a beeter way to pay and not get jacked? What about a credit card? They have protections.
