Would I have problems with this setup?

Would 205/50-17 tires work with 17x7.5 rims and a 1.2" drop? Will I have any problem with this combo? What is the offset range on a 99 G20? Thanks

Best is to go with 215/40 or 215/45 for a 17inch rim, I believe. I'm not too sure about the 215/45 - but I have a 215/40 setup and haven't had problems.
