V8 engine swap/ in need of engine bay dimensions

I already know that i am going to catch ridicule for this but my 1990 mustang gt has recently been rear ended. While looking on the internet i stumbled upon a site in which they swapped an ls1 engine into a 3-series. http://www.nash8503.com/index.html After reading the article i decided that a 4-door version of that model 3-series shall be the next home for my supercharged 302.(although if necessary i will go with an all motor build fo clearance issues) Anways if someone could please give me the dimension of the engine bay that would be fantastic.
Also if any information is known on swapping the small block ford into a bmw it would also be greatly appreciated.
