Brake light 92 240sx

How do I remove the trunk hatch brake lite to replace a bulb. It looks like one side is working so there must be two bulbs right? The light lens is a long strip. Do I have to pry it out or do I access the bulbs by removing the upholstery inside? Just thought I'd ask before I broke something out of stupidity.

Re: Brake light 92 240sx

normally you don't need to remove an assembly to replace a bulb.. i haven't checked but all you probably need to do is remove the cover underneath, reach in, take the bulb out and throw in a new one.. i'm sure there's a harness attached so you'll probably have to turn it a little to one side to get the bulb out..
