If the built-in post upload won't work...
http://www.automotiveforums.com/upload/ Upload your file at the above URL, and it will give create a link to the image, then simply use the [img] tags in your post to include the image. You can read more about how to use them here. The files have to be in JPEG format and less than 100K in size.
