Whats this noise?

Im going to be buying a 94' vr4 in a few days.... i test drove it yesterday... had alot of fun... but there was a strange thing.... whenever you put your seat belt on a alarm noise goes off ... (same noise you hear when the door is open when the car is running).... why would it make that noise just b/c your seatbelt is on.... and anyone have any idea how to fix it????

if you are talking about the sound that comes just after you started your car and if you are not using a seatbelt you can just take the fuse out and that sound will never come again

where is that fuse? an is there one for when the door is opened

i think ist the same fuse. it in the fusebox inside the car near the left leg when sitting in the car. it probably disables boath the seatbelt buzzer and the door buzzer. just try it out there's nothing that can go wrong. i think the fuse is named seatbelt. but im not shure
