For Sale: 1995 G20 in So Cal $6500

I've just recently bought a manual I30t, so I have to sell my G20.
I bought the car from CARMAX in Los Angeles just about a year ago. Unfortunately, I over paid for the car. but buying a car from a reputable dealer means clean title and a car in pristine condition. It has original white paint, 5 speed transmission, cloth interior, a/c, ABS, all the power stuff. I changed the oil every 3k miles, it now has about 74k miles. Everything on the car is stock. The tires probably still have about 60-70% tread left.

Is $6500 a fair price to ask for?
