replacing air intake with edlebrock-86 k10
I was thinking about replacing the air cleaner assembly on my 1986 k10 with the 305 and the rochester 4 bbl. Will any air cleaner made for a holley or edlebrock 4 bbl carb fit? I'm talking about the dress up chrome ones. I don't need it for looks but it seems like it would work better and eliminate some crap. What else will I need to get to make it work correctly? If it does work, like breathers, etc, It will completely do away with the heat riser assembly also, won't it?

If you don't want it for looks, and don't care if it looks really makeshift, just cut the sides off the side of the stock one. It would be a hell of a lot cheaper.
