Arrow D16 block differences?

What differences, if any, are there between the bottom ends on the D16Y5, D16Y7, and D16Y8?

how are the pistons defferant between the now vtec engines and then vtec ones.

a6, b7, y5, y7, y8, z6.. they all have different pistons. vtec has nothing to do with it
