remote question

I purchased a remote off ebay for my 93 infiniti j30.

i got the instructions as well but it doesn't beep. the person whom sold it to me said the battery should be fine, and to check the fcc #.... where is that at on my car? how do i know what # is valid with my car?

also, when i put the key in the ignition 6 times the emergency lights are supposed to blink... they don't blink.. any ideas?

I don't think on a j30 the hazard lights suppose to blink. I am having the same problems programming my remote. Try this website it might help. http://www.fuzzycats.com/docs/keyless_remote.pdf
