wow complety owned

my friends and i ordered pizza during half-time and i of course volunteered to go and pick it up...there was almost no one on the road and i was just cruising along at 40MPH...There were only 3 cars at the stoplight and i pulled up beside this nice looking BMW 850 CsA...I wasnt sure if it was the V8 or V12 Model but i couldnt resist trying to get it to come out to play...The driver looked pretty young and grinned slightly before the light turned green

I floored it and got maybe 5-8 feet before i heard the roar of his engine as he flew past me......sealing my fate as i saw his tailights dissapear about a 1/4 mile down the road bend...

Notes:Got killed by an old BMW 8-series.
slowly learning not to pick on anything above my league

HAHA, your the Super-Bowl-Half-Time-Bitch! J/P.

Ah, usually when I want to hear the sound of something, let's say a Trans Am, I tempt it just to hear it go by. That's about the only way I do it too. Don't feel bad. Good death. L8...

Re: wow complety owned

AFAIKL

850 = 5.0 liter V12
840 = 4.0 liter V8

BMW and Mercedes use the last digits to show engine displacement. The first digit is a chasis number. 8 is bigger than the 7 series which is bigger than the 5 which is bigger than the 3

... and yes, it is always a pleasure watching them take off into the dust. I always enjoy how they do not adjust stance much when they accelerate from a roll. They stay pretty damn level and just rocket off.

That's not true. Mercedes S600, not 0.0 liter engine. For Mercedes displacement is the first two digits, and for BMW it's the last two digits.

Re: wow complety owned

I must ask....How could of BMW used a V12 rated at a measly 300HP, thats kinda weak considering a V12 should of at least have 450+HP..And also not to mention that both 8-series weigh over 4000lbs...Iam not saying thier slow POS's because they got nice styling and iam sure they can both hit 60MPH in under 6s...But its a wild toss up to have the V8 model which has the norm 275HP thats typical in most V8's rather than the V12 which is underpowered
