'97 instrument panel not working

I've got a 97 Astro and, while driving this morning, the instrument panel stopped working. The speedometer, fuel gauge, oil pressure gauge, temperature gauge, and battery gauge are all down, as well as the blinkers. The running lights work from the headlight switch, but not automatically. The radio lights, dome lights, headlights all work as do the power windows and the power mirror. I've checked the fuse for the instrument panel in the fuse box, but found none of them blown. Any ideas?
