cracked rim
Hey I cracked one of my rims and I was wondering what you guys think about getting it repaired. It's not extremely horrible. Just a small crack on the inside and it leaks air. I came across http://www.wheelbendermender.com and also Wheel Collision Center @ 1-800-292-7467. Does anyone know anything about these companies or have any experience with getting rims repaired? Any help and/or advice would be great. Thanks.

Re: cracked rim
I had 4 wheels fixed by Wheel Collision Center in Bath, PA. Cost me $400 for all 4 wheels. Later found out that my wheels were only $125 each.

Find A Local Rim Shop. They Should Be Able To Steer You In The Right Direction. In Ny They Cost 50 To Repair Most Bends And Up To 80 To Weld And Balance A Crack. Go To A Local Place, Big Rim Companies Tend To Be More Expensive, And Are Not Worth It.
