Does anybody know if the 94 Grand Am GT comes with keyless entry? If so where is the transmitter?

Thank you,
Davy Rocket

It wasn't a standard option but it could have come with it.

I also noticed in the fuse box a slot that states "alarm" its a 20 amp I think. Is that part of the keyless entry? btw, Please don't take offense to this, but if you are not sure of the answers meaning both please don't reply. I need to know where the transmitter is if it has it.

Don't take offense to this but judging by your question you weren't even sure if it came with it and I am a moderator for this site, not you. So please don't tell me what I can and can not post. BTW check your passenger side kick panel. If it has a black box in there in has it.

You can get the GM VKE 1000 to add keyless entry if you like.

I'll be doing this to my Achieva so I'll check back and let you know how it goes.

On the lower right hand kick pannel the only two boxes located ther is the PCM and the body contorl module.... my van has it under the driver side. I have never heard nor seen a factory installed keyless entry... not until 98 I have seen them...
