03 Corolla - Change your cabin filter yourself

The other week I had my 03 Corolla in for it's 30K service. During the service, the service manager calls me to tell me my cabin filter is filthy, and would I like them to replace it, I said well, since your there you might as well... and how much? He said $30 for the filter and $30 to put it in, I said never mind. So I bought one at the parts store for $15 and had it in in less than 5 minutes.

This guy had to be staring at my filter to see that it was filthy, but still wanted to charge me $60 to replace it. That's got to be close to criminal.

This is why I don't trust dealerships.
