80-82 924 GT original parts WANTED

Motor, transmission, Intercooler, body panels etc... Anything really,
a website you know of, eBAY auctions you come across or a guy fabing up headlights... anything.

Neil I don't mean to be negative here but I think you are dreaming. No one parts out CGT's. There are too few of them and they are all kept in fairly good order. Getting factory parts will prove difficult enough but original CGT/GTS/GTR is going to be very tough.

Dodd has the IC hook up, see if he can help you out with the rest. Be forewarned, the IC will run you $1K. Figure another $1K for a good motor, turbo, and all that...minimum. Rebuild that for another $1K.

Not impossible but definitely going to be tough to source the parts. I'd estimate $4K to do the complete conversion, parts only and in USD. Double that if you need to have this stuff done for you.
