01 crv misfire on 4 and its not coil or plug

i have a 01 p.i. and its misfiring on 4 replaced the coil pack plugs and thought maybe it was a bad pack so i got another one still the same code so i thought i would try to move the coil pack and the fuel injector over the first cylinder and still coming up cylinder 4 mis fire then i checked the compression on it and only come up with about 18-30 lbs and now im stuck and dont have a clue of what is bad could any help would be great i really dont want to start tearing apart the engine doing guess work on what the problem could be.....thanks

have u tryed replaceing the s.p wire?

I'd bet that it chucked a cam follower, with any luck you can just re-install it. To tell, you will have to remove the valve cover and take a look. You might want to perform a "leak down test" first to rule out a bad valve or piston.
